Case Study
A large manufacturing plant in Jalpaiguri had invested significantly in a 48-camera CCTV network, intruder alarm system, and card-based access control — but had no formal maintenance contract. Over time, system performance had degraded: eight cameras were not recording correctly, multiple alarm sensors had faults, and two access control readers were non-functional.
